The owner was helpful and kept me up to date as much as possible. To top it off the product was extremely well made and looked amazing. The fabric is breathable, and is one of the most comfortable face masks I own. I would definitely get something through them again just for the quality of the product alone. However it is a great bonus to work with someone so nice and caring as well! 100/10! I was a bit concern about ordering these masks due to the lack of reviews. After many searches, I kept coming back here. So I ordered two - one with the two ear loops, and the other with the single elastic with beading.
Ear Loops vs. Single Elastic - This is truly a matter of preference and comfort. I like them both. Ear loops will fit snuggly around the ears and very easy to put on and take off the mask. Single elastic will be a little more work to put on and take off because you have to put on the bottom through your head, once in place, then you'll need to the top part, and then reverse to take off. Again, I like them both different reasons.
Material - Feels good, good quality, vivid colors.
Filter Pocket - A must have for me. Opening is wide enough to place a filter.
I placed a PM 2.5 filter to serve as an extra layer of defense.
Size - I was looking for a mask that covered a good a portion of my face - this mask did it. Flat, the mask is approximately 4.5in X 9in. Fully stretched, it is approximately 7in x 9in. Perfect for me.
Packaging - The masks were in individual clear and sealed packaging.
